Hi all!

Finally after long time, I designed a flower for #365daysofcrochetflower.

Lily Flower

Designed by: Inas Fadil Basymeleh

Special Stitch:

Picot: ch 3, sl st through front loop and vertical loop of last st made.

Instruction:

Round 1: {yarn A} in a Magic Ring, ch 3 (counts as 1st dc now and through out), 11 dc, slst in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. Fasten off.

—12 dc

Round 2: {Join yarn B with slst in any st} ch 3, dc in same st, [2 dc in next st] 11 times, slst in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. 

—24 dc

Round 3: ch 1 (does not count as a st) 5 FPdc around same st, (2 dc, picot, 2 dc) in next st, [5 FPdc around next st, (2 dc, picot, 2 dc) in next st] 11 times, slst in 1st FPdc. Fasten off.

—60 FPdc, 24 dc, 12 picot

Weave in all yarn ends and done.

Abbreviation (US term)

ch - chain

sc - single crochet

dc - double crochet

slst - slip stitch

sp - space

st - stitch

sk - skip

yo - yarn over

FPdc - Front Post double crochet 

Special Stitches ;

Beg CL - Beginning Cluster : slst in indicated st/sp, ch 2, (YO, insert hook in same st/sp, YO, pull through, YO, pull through 2 loops on the hook) 2 times, YO, pull through 3 loops on the hook.

CL - Cluster (3 dc tog in 1 st/sp) : (YO, insert hook in indicated st/sp, YO, pull through, YO, pull through 2 loops on the hook) 3 times, YO, pull through 4 loops on the hook.

picot - ch 3, slst into front loop and vertical loop of last st

Pattern :

Round 1 : {yarn A} in magic ring, 8 sc, slst in first sc. Fasten off. 

—8 sc

Round 2 : {attach yarn B with beg CL in any sc} ch 2, [CL in next st, ch 2] 7 times, slst in first beg CL. 

Fasten off. 

—8 CL, 8 ch-2 sp

Round 3 : {attach yarn C with slst in any ch-2 sp}, ch 1 (do not count as a st now and throughout), (sc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, sc) in same sp, sk CL, [(sc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, sc) in next ch-2 sp, sk CL] 7 times, slst in first sc. Fasten off. 

—16 sc, 16 ch-2 sp, 24 dc

Round 4 : {attach yarn D with slst in first dc of any petal} ch 1, 2 sc in same st, (sc, picot, sc) in next st, 2 sc in next st, ch 1, sk (ch-2 sp, sc), FPdc around CL of round 2, ch 1, sk (sc, ch-2 sp), [2 sc in next st, (sc, picot, sc) in next st, 2 sc in next st, ch 1, sk (ch-2 sp, sc), FPdc around CL of round 2, ch 1, sk (sc, ch-2 sp)] 7 times, slst in first sc. Fasten off. 

—8 picot, 16 ch-1 sp, 48 sc, 8 FPdc

Weave in all yarn ends and done!

Special Stitches 

Beg PC (Beginning PC) : ch 3 in indicated st, 4 dc in same indicated st/sp, drop loop from hook, insert the hook through top of first ch 3 made, place dropped loop on hook and pull through st, ch 1 to secure (this ch 1 does not written in the pattern)

 PC (Popcorn Stitch): make 5 dc in indicated st/sp, drop loop from hook, insert the hook through top of first st made, place dropped loop on hook and pull through st, ch 1 to secure (this ch 1 does not written in the pattern) 

Pattern : 

Round 1 : {yarn A} in a magic ring, ch 1, 8 sc, slst in first sc. Fasten off. 

—8 sc 

 Round 2 : {attach yarn B with Beg PC in any st}, ch 3, [PC in next st, ch 3] 7 times, slst in Beg PC. Fasten off. 

—8 PC, 8 ch-3 sp 

 Round 3 : {attach yarn C with slst in any ch-3 sp}, ch 3, 4 dc in same sp, [slst in next ch-3 sp, ch 3, 4 dc in same sp] 7 times, slst in first ch-3 sp of round 2. Fasten off. 

 —8 ch-3 sp, 32 dc
